I am currently pursuing my Master of Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. By the time I graduate, I wish to develop my design skills further and leverage them while making software. I want to design interfaces that are simple and feel natural. I believe that simple is beautiful and the best designs are those that help in accomplishing the task, not the ones that simply make things look pretty.

I grew up in India and finished my Bachelors in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, and University of Florida in May 2009. During my undergraduate work, I focused on developing highly scalable and efficient software with a focus on Computer Vision. It was during these projects that I realized the value of User centered design.

My courses have ranged from technical to the more design oriented. Spanning from Object Oriented programming to System thinking and Design Action.
